Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes you can. You will need to log in and from your Billing control panel view and go to ‘Products and Services'.

From here you can select "view details" and you can view details of your current plan here then scroll to the foot of the page and select "upgrade/downgrade package" - using the button on the left. If you wish to add additional feature - then use the "Upgrade/Downgrade Option" button on the right.

Select the package that suits your needs and payment term (i.e. Monthly, Annual etc.) click to continue.

You will then be transferred to the payment gateway where you can pay by credit card or chosen method. Also note that you will only pay PRO RATA ie: the difference between the 2 plans based on the time frame of your existing service.
