How can I log into cPanel once I have subscribed to a hosting package?

You can login to your account directly from the Support Centre & go to "My Services", then go to the View Details icon for the service you wish to login to and scroll to the bottom of the page.
You can login to cPanel from here. You will also notice your username & password below the "Login to cPanel" button and you can change your cPanel password here.

To access your site prior to DNS propagation, try this: http://223.27.23.61/~your_username/ or
To access cPanel prior to DNS propagation, try this: https://hosting.visualmarketing.com.au:2083/ 
then login with your username and password.
