How do I add a Signature in RoundCube Webmail?

Steps to Add a Signature in Roundcube Webmail

Accessing Settings

  1. Log in to your Roundcube webmail account.
  2. Click on Settings located in the left-hand sidebar of the screen.

Configuring Your Signature

  1. In the Settings menu, select the Identities tab on the left side.
  2. Choose the email address for which you want to create a signature.
  3. Scroll down to the Signature section.

Entering Your Signature

  • Type your desired signature in the text box provided.
  • If you want to use HTML formatting, check the HTML Signature box. This will allow you to format your signature with special styles.

Saving Your Signature

  • Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Adding an Image (Optional)

  1. If you wish to include an image, click the HTML editor icon in the Signature box.
  2. Use the insert/edit image option to upload or link to an image.
  3. Ensure the image is accessible online if you are using a URL.

Your signature will now automatically appear in your outgoing emails when using Roundcube.
