Where can I find my Hosting (cPanel) Login Details?
To retrieve your cPanel username and/or password, login to your control panel here, then proceed to SERVICES/MY SERVICES. Click on VIEW DETAILS to the right of your selected hosting account.
Then on the tabs click on CHANGE PASSWORD and you will see your username and password just above where you change your password.
To access your website control panel you can login into it using http://www.your_domain.com:2082 (or just http://www.your_domain.com/cpanel)
or
https://www.your_domain.com:2083 (secure)
Replace www.your_domain.com with your actual domain hosted with us or the server ip we assigned you in the welcome email.
You may get a message to say PROCEED WITH CAUTION - proceed anyway as it is just telling you that the server name does not match your URL.
