Why Cant I Access my Website or Mail?

There may be time when you can't access our server - this is due to our security firewall and come about when there is too many failed login attempts to eith your mail or website cPanel.
To rectify this, you will need to find out what your IP address is - go to: www.geoiptool.com and you will see what your IP address is (see image below)



Once you get your IP address you can either email it to us (via you hotmail or gmail account) or submit a support ticket via our contact form (via a proxy) or phone it in on 1300 158 708 so we can whitelist your IP address.
