How do I set up my Domains to 'Auto Renewal'?
To minimise the chance of loosing your domain you are given the option to Auto Renew on signup or transfer of your domains. It is important that you ensure you set up the 'Auto Renewal' in your Client Area.
To set up Auto Renewals in your Client Area - login, choose 'Domains' then select 'My Domains' where you will see a list of all your domains. You will also notice that there is a column 'Auto Renew' which will tell you if it is 'Enabled' or not.
If not - select 'Manage Domain' then see the tabs across the page for 'Auto Renew' where you can 'enable' or 'disable' the 'Auto Renew' process.
Also ensure your credit card details are kept up to date. (Select 'Billing/Manage Credit Cards')
